Alyssa Milano Leaving Mistresses After Two Seasons: Find Out Why
Savannah say it isn’t so! Alyssa Milano announced on Wednesday, Oct. 1, that she’s leaving the ABC drama Mistresses after two seasons.
“After two wonderful seasons in Los Angeles, the studio has decided to shoot season three of Mistresses in Vancouver, Canada for financial reasons. It’s with a heavy heart that I have decided that I can’t relocate.,” Milano, 41, wrote on her personal site.
The Who’s the Boss? alum, who welcomed daughter Elizabella with CAA agent David Bugliari on Sept. 4, noted that she’s decided to stay put in L.A. because of her growing family. Milano — who hid her second pregnancy during the latest season — also is mom to son Milo, 3.
“I have two babies under 4. Being a mother and wife comes first and I just cannot uproot my children and separate the family by moving away,” Milano added. “I will miss this job desperately and wish everyone the absolute best.”
