Arrow star Stephen Amell asks public for help in finding his missing friend: 'Please just come home
Stephen Amellhas taken to social media in hopes of finding a missing friend.
According to the Arrow star, David Andrew McLean, hasn't been seen since October 9, and his family desperately wants to locate him to know that he's alright.
On Friday, Amell shared a Facebook post written by McLean's mother, along with his own personal message.
'Facebook, I'm here with a very important request on behalf of the entire Arrow family,' the actor wrote.
'Our friend David Andrew McLean was last seen in North Vancouver on October 9th and a missing person report was filed on October 13th. We all love David and just want to make sure he's ok.'
The Toronto, Ontario, Canada native concluded the post by sending a message directly to his friend: 'We love you David. If you're read[ing] this, please just come home safe.'

Amell, who played the role of Oliver Queen/Green Arrow in the CW superhero series Arrow for eight seasons, asked people to 'PLEASE' be respectful of this tense situation and only send comments if they have any relevant information to the whereabouts and wellbeing of McLean.
Amell's post also includes a photo of his friend, which was taken from the original post dated October 16, shows the missing man with a big smile and his hands raised in the air while celebrating his 50th birthday.
The actor's post also has the message shared by McLean's mother, Ceci Snow, where she shared details of her son's disappearance.
'To the many people who have shared, and re-shared, the Missing Persons report about my son, David, I thank you. Feel free to keep on passing it along as there has been no report of any sighting so far. Many eyes help for sure,' she wrote.
Snow also revealed that the photo of her son was taken 'a month ago at his 50th birthday party.'
The worried mother ended her message by revealing her son 'was last seen in North Vancouver, BC, where he lives. He's driving a 2000 black VW.'
McLean is described as a Caucasian male, with green eyes, who was last seen wearing an army green jacket with a black shirt.
According to the missing person's press release from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, 'no foul play is suspected', but this disappearance is 'out of character' for McLean.

Investigators consider 'David Andrew McLean to be at risk and are concerned for his wellbeing.'
Anyone with information that might assist in locating McLean is asked to contact the RCMP at 604-985-1311.
In an update on Tuesday, police revealed that the missing man was last scene in the 5600 block of Kingsway Avenue in Burnaby, BC.
Officers also shared a photo of the last vehicle McLean was last seen in, which is described as a 2001 blue Volkswagen Golf.
