Jay Cutler's Autographed Football Receives No Bids at Charity Auction
Ouch! Kristin Cavallari’s hubby Jay Cutler didn’t receive any love at a pet adoption charity auction late last month. The Chicago Bears quarterback offered up an autographed football for the good cause, but it unfortunately didn’t receive a single bid.
Cutler’s white football was available for purchase at the Chosen Man’s Best Friend and Factor Felines event at Bloomingdale’s on Mar. 26.
“When it came back, I was surprised it didn’t go, but I didn’t think it was because of who signed the football,” Anti-Cruelty Society president, Dr. Robyn Barbiers, told the Chicago Tribune. She also noted that it wasn’t really a “football crowd” to begin with.
Those in attendance may have dropped the ball, but one lucky fan did pay up the $100 starting bid following the event. The caller (who asked to be anonymous!) said he wanted it for his son.

During the football season, Cutler, 31, and the Laguna Beach alum, 28, spend most of the time at their Chicago home with sons Camden, 2, and Jaxon, nearly 11 months.
